Well, still chugging away on the car, but not as fast as I'd like. It's taking some time to re-figure everything- as I add the cage to stiffen her up: seating position, pedals, steering, exhaust.
Just thought you might like some update pics...

thanks Darrin- I'm tryin' but I don't have all the fabrication skills yet really needed do whip the car out quickly- first time doing a lot of this stuff so it's trial and error. The first cage I put in I cut out cause I wasn't happy with it (that was depressing). Luckily, there's a lot of people around here that have done this stuff before and can point me in the right direction. No kits / instructions for this one! (the camaro was soooo easy). The sheetmetal and wiring will be a load of fun.
The rear suspension is a 4 link with a watts linkage. here's a pic...

I so love this project... its just remarkable. its understandable it is taking you a long time, its obvious you want it done right. the progress thus far is still impressive for one dude, I cant wait to see it drive and pics of it on the road, people are going to go bonkers over that little beast! good luck on the sheetmetal work and getting it on the road asap.
