Great news is we figured out the problem with the car not going WOT. Initally between the three Brians(madman, fireball, and my buddy sanford) and Shawn Miller they all thought that the driver was too short. Well I wasn't too short. The Pedal was hitting the mounting structure on the firewall preventing it from pulling the cable far enough. The TB was closed 1/8-3/16" from WOT. I adjusted the pull linkage and it works fine now with 1/8" to spare.

I had a similar problem last year with a homemade cable bracket (could not get them from GM). After looking at data logs, it was not getting full WOT. It was still good enough for mid 11's with a stock 6.0L and headers.

Project 1.20 60' is now complete, I am finishing up the racecar for this weeks round @ MIR. We found a couple broken things that are getting fixed as we speak. Look forward to some deeper passes. Shawn is coming down again with our sights set hit. We'll start where we left off with 25# of boost but do a couple shakedown passes and than start turning the screws. We plan on pushing it hard if it stays off the bumper. We also fixed the issue of not having WOT.

We're hoping to bust the 200mph record in the ass friday. The renegade will be set to kill mode sometime friday night. 8 cylinders, 30# of boost, MFer better go 200mph. We did go low 190s on 25# and 7 cylinders.

Rear suspension and rear end getting some much needed work. Hope to have it going by the end of the year!

Spark plug was dropped, crew guy never checked the gap, electrode was bent over shorting out the plug, we verified it was not firing yesterday.

Good that it was something simple and not a compression problem.
