things are coming together ever so slowly.... anyway, here's a pic! built my own procharger mount kit, and as you can see the car is fully painted!
I've been comparing pics and looking at a few things myself and it looks as if the 4th gen f-body procharger brackets will work for the second gen. Have you looked into that?
You can google "70 ls6 procharger" and find the procharged 2nd gen SUPER CHEVY did but IMO its seems they did it the hard way.

the lh8 pan wasnt working for me either... i was having problems getting my motor mount bolt holes to line up due to the pan hittin the subframe.. the motor would have had to be lifted waay too much and the trans tunnel would have had to be modified to make it work... i sold two lh8 pans with a loss of $80 each
F*** you HOME BOY!!

I'm interested in seeing how you are doing your in tank setup. i have a pair of wallbro 255's that i am putting in tank myself. Also, what are your thoughts on headers?
I,ll try to get a picture of the fuel pump holder I made turned out nice made a extra The pumps I,m using are the walbro GS-340 pumps. I hope it works The fuel tank i have allready is from Ricks tanks. For headers i,m going to american racing headers they said the 2006 gto headers will work?? ? They all ready made some very nice first gen headers I have to run 1 7/8 header primaries that worked the best on the dyno with my ls-7 it pulled 711 hp. Talk to later Dale
Hey Mark, I'm coming back to Vancouver for work this summer so lots of time to work on the Nova Also, I'll have to check out your car in person at some point!
I have a Gas tank by Ricks and the top is easy to drop both pumps in the tank. The pumps are held in by the fuel line , and both pumps will run all the time I was going to run a pressure switch a hobbs type but was talked out of it. Are you using a stock tank? also are going to run both pumps at once.
I am going to use both pumps at the same time. I am using the stock tank, slightly modified. I am going to install my pumps this weekend, I will take lots of pics and post them up.
Have you got your answer for the blown motor build?
No, never did get any info on that. Since then I have gone with a LS2 with low miles, so am using that without the tear down. I am aiming for 1000hp plus eventually, just because So I still need to know what to do for my ultimate goal.
Haven't been making that much progress, things are busy at work! I got a driveshaft made, and installed it. Got an aluminum 3 core radiator, need some rubber saddles for it and I'm looking for a non-chrome heavy duty upper rad support bracket. Ordered a 4" thick x 12 x 24 intercooler. Found a wiring harness grommet at a wrecker so that I can pass my PCM harness into the car. It came off of a 1998 mustang (at the firewall behind the right fender if anyone wants one) I de-pinned every wire from my PCM plugs, ran them through the grommet, and re-attatched them. TEDIOUS!!!! I could have put a slice in the grommet I guess, but didn't. Funny, it didn't take that long to remove from the mustang!!!! (thankyou SNAP-ON side cutters) started on my fuel pump arrangement. Basically, the pump is mounted to a magnet which fits through my stock sender hole. I am going to put a bulkhead T fitting through a hole drilled in the tank in the upper corner near where the stock fuel lines attatch. I have 2 pumps which will be located on either side of the tank, so cornering starvation won't happen. The power wire will then go through a isolater in the stock sender ring....maybe. yes the magnet is strong, there's the assembly hanging on my fridge.
just made me sign up for this site..i plan on starting my first project this summer..a 2nd gen camaro with a ls376/480 swap..good luck wiht everything this will def help me wiht mine
