anyone ever hear of a first gen corvair with a front engine ls1 swap

I think there is a rear engine ls swap running around, I've seen a few SBC rear engine swaps at car shows too.

eww, it's got the engine in the trunk. Here's one with the engine in the right place for a Corvair:

thats sick as hell!! I wanna do the same thing but with a 1960 corvair the only problem is I dont have the money for something like that.

thats my cousin's white/orange corvair, if you have seen the car in person you wouldn't be putting it down, and it does run like a raped ape.the car sits on a 85 monte carlo frame, incase your wondering how he did it.
