Default Carb LSX guys step in please...

Just thinking that maybe if there is enough of us we can possibly get our own tuning forum or a sub category or someting. I got to thinking this because this is a great site but I jump between this site and a few others to try and find answers to questions, and just thought it might be easier if it could all come together here . I have no idea if it is even possible, but you never know until you look into it.

Please don't whore this up with "efi is better" stuff.

If you do not want to leave feed back then don't vote..

I think it's a great idea. Would make it alot easier to post tuning questions and diagnose problems.

Yeah, and I have noticed that alot of the forums have a sponsor banner under them now, and I am sure GMPP or Barry Grant or someone would step up and sponsor a section for us offering expert advice and maybe some sponsor specials.........

I think it would be a good idea to at least have a carbed LSX subforum. I know
when I did my swap, it was hard to find answers for a lot of my ?'s.

There has to be a fair few because Edelbrock and GMPP are both still pumping out the intakes. I have also found guys down in the drag racing section running carbs. Just gotta get anyone running one to come in here and leave some comments.

Ithink its a great idea. I made alot of calls and private messages when I was putting my combo together. If their was a forum that I could have specifically asked carbed lsx questions it would have been extremely helpfull.

It would be nice, but it doesn't bother me not to have it. My questions usually get answered.

Thumbs up Blow Thru Forced Induction

I vote yey!
for carb forum, ive built 2 carbed ls motors to date,
and will def. build another, plus it open up to another form of forced induction fueling information, Blow Thru , not many people are familiar with blow thru setups, among the GM community but are very well know around the Ford camp.
most people are surprised that a turbo and a carb. work very well together.
there has even been a documented 1000+rwhp motor with e85 and carburators. it works
maybe if a LSx carb forum is added, it will attract alot of the blow thru enthusiasts found on other sites.
or even old tymers who are mean at tuning double pumpers and other carbs
