Here is another update on the progress. The car is alive!!! I started it up for the first time last night. It's got some idle issues to work out, and some exhaust leaks to fix, but other than that it started right up and everything seems to work.
Thanks to John at Speartech for the engine harness mods. It worked flawlessly.
My friend brought over his video camera after the initial startup and took some footage. I still need to tidy up a few things, but here is the vid we took last night.
Right now I'm using some truck coils/brackets but I have some Fbody coils/brackets that should be here on Monday. That will tidy up the engine compartment some. I also still need to move the fuel filter/regulator to underneath the car. As you can on the video, the filter/regulator is just hanging off the fuel rail for the time being. So, still quite a bit more to do but it is alive and I'm SO STOKED!!!!
Enjoy,
Mike

What all do you need to make this conversion? I have a extra LS1 sitting in my garage and I was thinking about doing this to my 95 LT1

Have you found a website that helps with this swap? or what company sells the wiring harness?

Are you using the v6 elbow for your intake? I was thinking the same thing instead of running a lid and cutting into the rad support.
BTW, swap is amazing, good job.

If you need pics of another fuel option, let me know. I ran mine a little differently.

Sounds good. This winter I want to mount the Vette FPR in the stock filter location, and then run a single braided line up to the fuel rail. Is that how you did yours?
Mike

Thanks man. That is the stock LT1 elbow, fits the NW90 perfectly. I might try a stock GTO intake elbow also. Looks like it might have the correct placement give it a clean look. I want to ditch the ABS this winter and fab up an intake system off to the side with a cone filter. I might relocate the MAF sensor over there also to clean it up a bit more.

I'll probably incorporate either a line lock or an adjustable F/R pressure regulator. How did you do yours?
Mike

I used a line lock and a prop. valve. Its soooooo much cleaner than the stupid ABS.
