i rode in nemesisc5's car with the pfadt's and some R-compound tires
the car was insanely flat.. had just unimaginable grip. i literally thought i was about to die... it was like what i'd imagined riding in a trophy car feels like.. sheesh.
the ass did swing a little in a few places but that was easily corrected.. it wasnt the here one second and gone as soon as the edge was pushed.. the car didnt upset easily and kept digging when the edge WAS pushed a little.. but that could also be due to the tires... and meanwhile all this with a guardrail 6 feet away.. i seriously thought i was going to die... but after we got done i asked if we could do it again
car rode just like mine does stock even though it was slammed and on the pfadts. ill definitely be investing in some one of these days lol.
back in my mustang days, i had coilovers on a cobra i owned, and the car handled 3x better than stock, but actually rode better.. different animal but, my point is - suspension is a GREAT place to put money that the vast majority of bolton guys overlook.
Doug, what is your traction like? I have 315 dr on mine and 1st and 2nd are not much use.
I got on it for the first time tonight and even on the street with PS2's, she was hooking nicely. I got to the track and popped my diff. Time for an upgrade. Can you say I just blew another check plus my unused sick time payoff !!! Getting expensive.

I would have loved to have the Pfadt coilovers, but for the price I paid for the Pfadt sport shocks, I cant complain
LOL John, you won those inverted shocks. Lucky SOB. Since I didn't win, I can think of anyone else that I'd rather have seen win. Lucky Bitch !! j/k with ya bro.
Big year in deed, killed a 3 1/2 yr old Exedy twin plate that was great until I tried drag racing.
Also killed a 3 1/2 yr old DTE stg III that was perfect until I tired drag racing.
Damn drag racing is expensive when you break something.

Hi Doug, Did you break your diffriential at the track? Then it must havebeen hooking
Did you see any numbers or did it break right away?
hmm...didnt see that coming...nittos and a DTE stage 3 diff...did it hop? do you know its the diff and not tranny? what are you replacing with....some say to go with a soft sidewall tire to help absorb the shock to the diff
did you get any runs in?
