Default New best at ned 12.6

Couple cars hit the wall tonight and they spent most of the night cleaning it up. Got a couple passes in. Thought I would get a tenth better than what I did but still improved et and mph. According to drag times the da was -1245

r/t .497
60 1.958
330 5.374
1/8 8.165
mph 88.14
1000 10.586
1/4 12.638
mph 110.04

This is the last one of the year for me. Next is a stall and hopefully track time in april.

Congrats on the new best ,man . your car is running damn pretty strong. now put a SS4000 in it ,tune it , and you will dip into the very low 12's to high 11's
depending on your car weight reduction ,if any .

Thanks! I really thought I would get 12.5s. The weather was great but there was a good wind so that probly held the car back some.
Im not really thinking about going that high with a stall. Its a street car that I take to the track when I feel like it. Highest ill go is 3600 probly. Maybe thinking on going yank 3000-3200 with a nice torquey under curve cam.
I could actualy use a tune right now cause I never had it tuned for the full exhaust.
And the weight reduction thing...I decided to keep it full weight minus spare + jack. Its still a nice car and dont wanna ruin it.

I agree a stall and some tires will wake it up.

well im guesing you should have decent da in va and depending on what stall you have who knows.
At 12.6 right now im guessing I should have high 11s with a ss3600 in about the same da.

I dont recall what your previous time was. 12.7 right? I guess the swaybar didnt really do much for you considering you were hooking before removing it. Thats if you took it off.

I ended up being short on time and forgeting a couple things. I didnt have time to remove it. Yea previous was 12.740 so just a tenth. Hoosier drs were good as far as I could "feel". If there was any spin it was minimal.

Thanks! Your car will do great in good air just like anyones. And like I said before...there was a good wind up there so I bet et would have been better if it wasnt windy.

Yeah I hear you two weeks ago there was a 30mph head wind that killed my mph.

Today I had a 10mph tailwind.

I'd say yes. I dropped my 60 ft. from 2.0 to 1.61 with the addition of a 4k stall, sticky tires, and a ram air setup and that dropped my et from 12.9 to 12.03

Thats a nice gain

Hopefully I can get a good da next time I go with a stall. I should be close to 11s at least.

Congrats on your new ET. I would really look into getting a nice stall. That would really help you out on your 60ft.

I have a 3200 vig that im getting up graded to a 3600 vig. If i was you i would look at a 3600 stall. I hear the 3600 are pretty good as far as a daily driver.

Just remember last time you ran it was a stupid low DA weather. Most car's were running 2-4 10th's faster than normal.
