i nenver had a problem passing tech, and my seat is not bolted to the cage. The seat is resting on the cage so maybe that helps.
I have question, does the parachute release handle have to be on the cage above your head? Can i use my parking brake for the release?

thats because your tech guy is assuming you have it bolted to it
and you can do what ever you wnt with your parachute handle,
ps ,make sure you delete your parking brake cables.lolololololo dee ta dee

Great pics man, the cage looks great and is much less intrusive than I would have expected.

Why would i do that, if i am pulling the chute i want to stop, wouldnt the parking brake help
yea i took all the stuff out when i put the 9" in, i just need to find the parking brake handle now

working on convertor issues,went 5.30's on 275 radials with 1 stage

Just ditch the parking brake handle and use a light lever where the parking brake goes. The lever with the wolfe chute kit worked great in the console, thats what I had in my old car..
And Bob you were asking about the tune on the car being done a while back, I fooled with it a bit the other day and on 275/60 radials it went 5.80 @ 121, still has a little more left in it.
