Ive done it twice, luckily i reacted quickly and nailed the clutch both times. Now i am very careful about how i place my hand on the knob. I dont think i have dont it since i installed my Pro 5.0, but i cant remember.

To the OP, when it happened, did you hit the rev limiter REAL hard? If you grabbed 2nd instead of 4th then you'd bang off the rev limiter and be thrown forward like you hit the brakes real hard. Yeah, I've done it a couple times. Haven't in a while, thank God......
