The cage is going to be powder coated on Monday and should be back on the dyno on Wednesday. During the last dyno run, we busted the T400 housing and will have solid motor mounts installed next week. The car ran out of fuel at 5500 rpm's and was making 406rwhp. We are hoping for 420 - 440 rwhp next week. It might sound a little low, but we have a T400, 4200 converter and a S60, so we are losing quite a bit of power on the dyno. I'll update the post next week.
track times are the real number!!! You didn't build the car to show off at every dyno day... you built it to race it!!!

Had to trade switch over to real world, "don't need boost to make power"
Nitro is an oxyginated fuel and I don't consider it NA, and I don't think 99.999% of this board considers boost "NA".
Put a sheet metal intake, solid cam, low tension rings and some trick shit in that thing and you will have your "max effort" build. Just trying to keep you on the level man.
I run VP113 in my car, which is highly oxygenated fuel, mainly chemical engeneered. i guess my car is no longer NA! yay
i payed $900 for my PRC heads, 231/237 cam was already in the car, and ported my own $750 FAST intake and made 452rwhp through a 9"/M6...and i drove it on pump gas on the street every day...i seriously doubt this "max effort" car will break 475rwhp and torque wouldn't be monstrous. i'm sure it'll be fast and fun to drive, but not a street car?
the only thing i see about it that makes it non-streetable is the radio was removed.
I made 473 rwhp and 407 rwtq with a stock bottom end and a set of worked over 242 factory heads threw a 12 bolt with 4.33 gears and a steel driveshaft. A max effort 346 will break 500
Guys..don't get all hung up on duno numbers...look at his drivetrain..thats where most of his "dyno power" is going but I am more than sure that this car will run down others with higher dyno numbers and a stock or weaker than this drivetrain...You can take a 3.42 10 bolt M6 car and get high dyno numbers ..but this car can launch higher and leave harder
FWIW I made 405 RWHP on a dynojet thru the 5k stall unlocked and 12 bolt. IMO dyno numbers are tuning tools nothing more. My car is light but the track times are still impressive when relating to the dyno numbers.

Did this with a GM head and pump gas!
Team - we completed the dyno tuning yesterday and I'm very happy with the results. Please be aware the car has a T-400, 4200 stall and S60, but we still made 415RWHP and 376LBS. The power cure was flat from 5K - 7K and registered 135MPH on the dyno at 7K RPM. We will be at Topeka a week from this Sunday making our first passes - we are hoping for low 10's. Depending on results, we might send the torque converter back to Yank to have the stall speed increased and replace the rear gear with a 4.30 or 4.56. I will post results in about 10 days. Many thanks to my builder MC Racing in Kansas City for the time they have invested building the car, Ron at Vengeance Racing for customizing a package for my specific application and Dave at Yank converters for building my converter.
Good job, not bad at all. cant wait to see some times out of it. it should shine at the track

threw a stalled th400 and an s60 that would be a miracle i think. i'll guess 450/420 with bottom 10's assuming a good hook and a sea level track. sounds like it's gonna be a beast man. congrats
I went bottom 10's N/A on a smaller cam, less compression, lower flowing intake and alot heavier car (3600lbs)!! WTF.. Video is in my sig. I think you will get in the low 10's with the weight you have and the power that car should make. There's not a doubt in my mind.. Good luck
Big time congrats. Looking forward to hearing about the track times. Please post results here and in the Drag Race Results Section.

We made it to the track on Friday night and I was very happy with the runs. This is the first run we have made in the car, and we went 10.989 at 125.57. This pass was not off the transbrake and the car launched great and stayed dead straight the entire pass. We made 4 runs before the transmission started to give us problems, but all runs were from 10.90 to 10.98. Once we dial the car in, I feel confident we will be close to 10.5. We will be racing at Topeka next week and I look forward to my first transbrake launch with the new car.
We have a video of the first run and will post up next week.
