Very nice numbers! People seem to be having good luck with the 100mm MAF and lid. I'd go for it!

I think your exhaust is hurting you. With a stock bottom end I made 473rwhp and 408 rwtq with a 12 bolt ,4.33 gears and a steel denny's driveshaft . That was done with a set of worked over 241 heads and a Tony mamo ported fast 90/90 with a e/waterpump and a SSRA CAI. I'm sure there's some little detailed stuff I'm missing but if I had a 10 bolt rear in the car with factory gears it would have made over 500 at the wheels

[quote=fastmatt98;11704165] Fast was ported by Mamo I believe, if not him then Vengence.QUOTE]

There is a huge differance between what vengence calls porting a FAST and how Tony ports a FAST.

here is a picture of my supposely ported FAST by Vengence. Their quality control and porting sucks

here's their quality control on how the FAST is shipped. bolts all over the box

And here's their "port job" barely roughing up 5 inchs into the runners:

They go deep into the runners dont they lol

I got close to the same as you with the same set up,just the x3 cam. I got 463hp 414tq. I had the x2,x3 and x4 cam. The x3 was the best of them all.

Ported fast 90mm intake with a NW 90mm TB
SVO 30lb injectors, walbro 255 fuel pump
85mm MAF. FTRA, LID
LS4 Oil Pump
Kooks LT headers with Cats
SLP dual/dual exhaust with a Magnaflow Muffler.
Car made 458rwhp and 403rwt. Tuner took the ac belt off and it pulled 470rwhp but torque stayed at 403. My oil pressure goes to 100psi at wot I'm not too worried about it but does kinda freak me out seeing it get that high on my AEM digital gauge, makes me a lil gun shy about getting on it. I really wanted to try to hit around 460's to 470 rwhp and I wish the torque were a lil higher but the car does run amazing and I'm very happy with how it drives. Any suggestions on how to get to the 470's. Guys at the shop think if I lose the cats and switch to a better exhaust then it's possible but just don't like the loudness of a catless car.
I thought there was no gain to be had with the AC belt off??

Not to detract from the OP but what was done to remedy the situation with this guy posting negative things about Vengeance Racing from over 2 years ago ?

On a side note I post this because I know everyone at Vengeance personally and have become friends with all of them. I got to see there day to day operations on two visits to there shop this year. All I can say is top notch operation. Very surprised to see pics posted like that. However Ron has come on here and stated the individual who sent the intake and bolts to you like that was FIRED. Just curious how you handled it? Did you call up the shop and start cussing them out, or did you calmly explain your situation? Only asking because the way I know Ron to be, Ron will do as much as humanly possible to make sure the customer is satisfied. You don't have to take my word for it, there are literally THOUSANDS of people. From what I heard about the customer appreciation day turnout "thousands" may be a little low.

Glad to see that you guys at Vengeance addressed the "BAD APPLE" situation. I have no doubt that you tried to make ammends for it. Its sad that someone is still coming on here 2+ yrs later talking about something that was already handled.

Am I the only guy worried about his 100psi at WOT? Hmm... I wouldn't worry so much about 5hp, but get a handle on the oil pressure, unless you want to put mains in this thing soon? What kind of clearances did you have, what oil, was the oil pump relief spring shimmed, have you put a non-electric oil pressure guage on it and checked it?

Nice numbers. What kind of CR are you running with 58cc chambers? Reason I ask is I'm around 11.4:1 with 62cc chambers with the cometic 0.040 gasket. I put down 445/402 STD with the LS6 intake/TB and 24 deg timing. Our cams are similar with mine around 3 deg less exh duration but more lift and on LSL lobes. Since then I've added a self-ported 90/90 setup and we added 2 deg of timing. Haven't dynoed yet but wouldn't be surprised if I picked up 15-20RWHP which would put us at similar levels w/ SAE correction. Get it to the track to see what it'll do. My clutch is slipping a little and I still trapped 121.4 with a 1300 DA. Can't wait until the Spring to see what it'll do with a new clutch.
