Great numbers! What mods were on the car prior? Any before numbers?

No before numbers, I ran it with the stock engine, and an LS6 intake, a Frost tune, Headers, volant cai, and exhaust before all the work, I ran the car on a 100 shot on the zex box, (which was probably more like 70) When I ran this setup the best I got was a 7.76 with a 1.73 60ft at 92 mph, pulling the front tires about 2 inches, and then spinning, fought traction problems, bought new parts, and we will see how they work on the new combo.

I took the car in and it baselined at 450 Hp on the mail order tune I got right after the swap, Jason at TSP made some changes, and after bout 4 pulls got another 13 HP out of it. TO me that says alot about the accuracy of their mail order tune. Very close to perfect.

That is some kicking ass numbers for a setup that is not showing top $$$ parts. Well thought combo!

I was almost there.... WAY off on the torque though. LOL.

I bet that bitch screams making almost 430 ft-lbs. with a curve like that. Congrats nice numbers.... cant wait to see what it does at the track... on the spray!!!

Geoff's cams continue to impress me. Great job to Geoff and TSP!

WOW, good numbers.

Almost sounds too good to be true, those heads must be tweaked a lot.

Whats the max timing and was race gas used?

You should hit mid to low 11's with that combo!

Thanks to everyone on the compliments, the car pulls like a beast, and scares kids too,, I am very happy with it.

-I had premium 92 octane in the tank that came from the station on the corner.
-The heads are as TSP does them, CNC ported, no hand blending. PRC stage 2.5 5.3 heads, they were milled to 59cc.
-To be honest, I never asked about the timing, I am never going to mess with it, I dont have the software or the know-how to do that, Put a wrench in my hands and I can make magic, but let me mess with the computer and the magic smoke will come out of it I have the Lingenfelter launch box on the car, so when I spray it, I can pull whatever amount of timing I want to thru the box, to be safe.
I am gonna run it here real soon, I am hoping for mid to low 11s on the motor and 10s on the spray, we will see. If I can get it to hook.
vid of the pull gotta hit the play button on bottom left

I'm kind of surprised. I'd love to see if my 377 hp jumps up when dyno'd on a TSP dyno. lol Congrats to the OP. Sounds like a fun budget setup.

Their dyno is a dynojet, When I took the car in, Jason guessed it would probably make around 430-440 because of the big split cam, but the cam works perfect in the car, and makes crazy power. Surprised everyone, I was hoping for 440 myself, The car really is a beast. Couldnt be happier with it.
I wont lie to anyone, the cost for all of it was not cheap, There is so much more money involved with a H/C swap than the purchase of the heads and cam. To do it right there are a ton of other parts required, stuff you expect and stuff you dont, and none of it was cheap, I saved some coin because I bought parts off of other members, and I did all the work myself, (except the tuning)I am extremely happy with the power I am getting out of these Heads, I paid half the price of the AFR's or TF's because I couldnt afford those heads. These work great
Yes I am going to run it real soon, waiting on my M&H's to get here, I will have them mounted up on my convos and I will be ready to roll. I will post what I run when I do.
I will try to get the suspension dialed in, and when settled I will turn the spray loose on it and see what she does.
