That actually isn't too bad. Wastegate mod more than likely increased his boost. Home Depot CAI dumdumdum...can't beat a $10 intake lol.

Yea i figured it had something to do with boost but wasnt sure exactly what it did IE: not release until a higher pressure, or hold boost longer, or increase boost. . .

And not gunna back in H.S. me and a buddy made a HD intake for his 1989 Chevy 1500 with like 4" tubing it was great haha.

Dude, kid in my class made an electric supercharger....had a sheetmetal box with a electric fan, and it would suck in the air and funnel it to the intake. They said it worked...

i raced what i think was a s60 a while back with my TBSS from a 50 roll, we were neck and neck up to well over 100, but a slight corner came up and a big SUV at 100+ makes small corners very scary, so i backed off and he flew around it like it was nothing. anyway i dont think they are ls1 f-body fast. and with any mods what so ever you would kill one. just my experience

yea, I was just wondering about them. Wouldn't be a bad DD though...I think I would still take a s4 over them.

Well i'd say they are close, look at my post a couple above 13.1 with only a CAI and Wastegate mod, both totalling like $15-20 dollars.

this i agree on. and Kyle does have a few mods so he should be able to take one pretty easy.

Indeed. Just I have never seen one with mods...only old people, or this one cute chick I used to go to school with, have them. First time actually hearing the turbo on one of them. I wont be worried by one though lol. Not when I am all done....
