Default Anybody know someone/place good at adjusting valves?

I put the heads and cam on the car last summer and properly measured pushrod length etc. etc. I fired the car up and the Rockers (Comp Cams Pro-Magnum NSA 1.6RR's) were very noisy and noticibly noisier than my old Comp Cams SA ones. I replaced my lifters with some LS7's and re-adjusted the valves and the Rockers are still very loud and the sound progresses with the more gas you give it. The car drives fine almost like the preload is about right. Anyways I have been setting up the Rockers with an 1/8" turn preload when I was advised to put an 1/8"-1/4" turn by my head porter. Basically I'm looking for any kind of shop or place you may know of that would be willing to re-adjust my valves because I want to have the confidence that it has been done right. I live in the suburban Philadelphia area

My Valve Train:
-Comp Cams Pro-Magnum NSA 1.6RR's
-PAC 1518 Valvesprings
-LS7 Lifters
-TFS Hardened Chromeoly 7.100 Pushrods
-Custom Grind Comp Cams Camshaft 224/230 .574"/.570" 107lsa

We can do them. Feel free to bring the car down. What valve springs are on the car? Was it loud with the old rockers? I have seen a few cars be loud from a certain spring/rocker combo.

I have the PAC 1518 Springs. Before I had the Crane 10308-1 Springs with Comp Cams Magnum SA 1.6RR's and that was dead quiet. I suppose it could just be the PAC's I have with the Pro-Mag's? I was told 1/8" was the right preload so thats what I did...Would I need to schedule an appt with you for that?

Before I was running the cc503 with stock heads and last summer I ditched that setup for LE2 heads and a custom grind camshaft thats too aggressive for the old springs and a little too much rpm for SA Rockers.
