F-bodies Rule!

Didn't an F-body just win the Hot Rod Drags at Z-Max in North Carolina?

Oh, I thought so...

Come on where are the F-bodies?

Yeah it won. It needed the juice to win. Should have been an all motor final.
Did a F-body loose in the semi's?

Not really, again the F-body was much faster.

Is there a betting line in Atlantic City???

My money is on Farley. But I might hedge it with an equal bet on Ellis...

I hope to see you there.

Sometimes having a ragtop sucks... not tonight though.

Congrats again Pete, your driving (and your car) is quite impressive, just a tenth of off the quickest ET I've ever seen from a manual trans, bolt ons only LS1 C5, which was also a 'vert by the way.

I find it hard to believe how very little f-body interest there is in this. I know there some guys that have vowed never to go back there but I thought there were some that still went occasionally

The win was great and well deserved. The car ran fast and ran the number every pass. I just came to the plate with a little less. The rules were well enforced. Spoke to Doug today from ECS as we have been almost every day working on a new combo. New combo design will be WILD!!!

Going with a little N2O?
How about that new short block?

It's just like body building....
Once everybody starts Juice-ing, you need to Juice too, just to stay competitive.
Unless of course you go FI or step down into the "All Natural" class/junior league.

But it is always more fun to step up!

Nice. Then you'll have enough take Edgar's place in the Pro 10.00/10.50 class and leave the 11.50s for the rest of us?

LOL...Mark, he is already quick enough to play in the 10.50 in the cooler months.

I had to make the move to 11.50. Count is going down. Mabye if counts go back to 20 cars I will walk away...(after I earn enough to pay for the the software)

That's true, especially if he did a little weight reduction, he could be VERY competitive in the 10.50.

Nice.
Hmm, now where can I find some people (that are also worse on the tree than I am) to enter the 11.50 events and raise that car count back up so this guy departs? LOL

Well, I can ga-run-tee you can cut a better light than I can. I hope to be in the 11.50 next year.

Also, I have a buddy that will be entering the 11.50 class next year too.
