Your gonna have to tape up some shit. Brake ducts and things like that. The spoiler, if your comfortable driving that car at those speeds without it, i'd remove it. I'd say that slows the car by ten mph or so. Great for downforce but,...your not taking any corners out there.

Ditch the stereo,....and whatever else that isn't needed. Wipers too. Too bad we couldn't find a way to vent the hood,..to extract some of the air trapped inside there. We'll talk more about this in person.

I'm gonna call Doug Levin in a few minutes. See if we can get some boosted lambos out there.

You can count Doug and me in. Here is Matts car doing an 80-220 pull. The car I beat him with last year I do not own anymore so Doug needs to build something for me quick

Viper seems slow. lol jk. Could be shifted a tad quicker eh. Thing must be making some serious power. Did doug build that? Didn't know he did any turbo vipers....only blower cars...minus the lambo feild.

Looking forward to seeing whatever you guys bring. Sounds wicked.

That was an Underground Racing built Viper.

I spoke to Doug this morning about the event. He is not sure what he would drive if he participated. We need Brooks to hit his shop and keep him pumped. I am going to stay at Dougs house that weekend so now all I need is something fast. I do not have my white beast anymore. I recently bought an 09 and have not started to mod it yet. I might have to press my old reliable 69 into action.

I have been working on the old car so I might be take this instead of something new. I have to clean out some more mothballs and it might be ready.

I might have to see what the old LT1 can do in the mile. I wish American cars didn't have shitty gearing for topend pulls though.

how do you guys feel about running n2o for the whole mile? What about spraying in 5th gear on a stock motor, stock trans (6 speed) and rear. What kind of tire pressures are you guys running. Higher in the fronts like 40-45psi, or is that a bad idea?
