Bob when I saw it last time I was up there I was blown away by its looks sitting on the work bench and I thought this might be something I would build my next race motor around.NowI do not think so.

I am excited to see this build for several reasons:

1. EPP always has great pictorials of very compete ($$$) builds on great cars
2. This is a unique, new set-up
3. It will be bad ass with 700rwhp, let alone 1000rwhp
4. I can't wait to see who gets to say "I told ya so!".....either Hellbent or the Maggie guys lol

Keep up the good work Bob!

the Team @ magnuson has been helping me for quite some time
You will not be disappointed! I currently have a unique 122HH front inlet/rear drive setup on my truck, It was one of only a few to help create the transition for the tvs2300's front inlet/rear drive set-up to our trucks.

My tvs2300 is being built as we type, the 122HH has performed outstandingly
well with 6500lbs behind it sitting on a well built thought out LSX 427.

On only its second pass pushed 12.83 ET 1.81 60ft,7.9 1/8th mile 103mph trap. 6500lbs. @ 12psi
Iat's were very respectable thru the run and recovered fast. mostly due to the Newly designed intercooler.

All that said, the New TVS2300 I assure you will out perform with less effort.
and in short order I will prove it as well.

A few pics:

The 6 rib belt will not make the boost you are trying to make before the belt gives up. We have been running as much as 17.5 psi from a Front Inlet/Rear Drive MP122HH on an 8 rib belt system. The TVS2300 in the same Font Inlet/Rear Drive can be built to meet your goals. We have a very similar build going on right now with a 427 Darton Sleeved LS2 and WCCH L92 Heads. The goal is 15 psi and we will get there with what we have learned from the 122HH builds to date.

This is a video of an MP122HH in the same Inlet Forward/Rear Drive configuration at 15 psi with the first 8 rib setup of this design. This same vehicle has seen 17.5 psi and is currently running just over 16 psi right now with no belt issues.

I assume that since you picked the TVS2300 for a 416 that your goals were 8-10psi? With that blower it seems like you'd have wanted a bit more compression and less cam???

Thanks, we appreciate it! I certainly hope we make the horsepower we're looking for, and it sounds like we will.

Looks good, we're being sent a 10 rib blower that we're swapping in for the one we had on it. Thanks.

Our you talking about our build here? We're at 9.3/1 on the compression ratio, right where we want it to be. The cam is our EPP blower cam, which has worked great on many other builds, turbo, centrifical and positive displacement.

Here is the dyno sheet from a Cadillac CTS-V with an LS2 402, our blower cam and off the shelf AFR heads, stock LS2 intake/throttle body, with an ATI ProCharger F-1A at 14.4 psi of boost.

Bob

Update: Brian at Magnacharger called me yesterday and mentioned that we could do this as a cog drive kit. Cog drive it is! Bob

Bob,
You have outstanding attention to detail! Thank you.

Will you please get some video of how your cam sounds with this setup? I imagine the idle would sound nuts!

Thanks, David
