Default Nice 447 with a 101 turbo video

Looks like a 101 to me. Real nice car and looks like Kurt (427) had something to do with it. Should roll out if it allready hasnt been posted.

man thats sexy....does anyone know the reason for the downpipe being necked down and then back up just after the turbo, like where the o2 is?

The downpipe is split into two 3 1/2" pipes that go through two mufflers, out to the fenders over the front wheels and exit out both sides (roughly equal to a 5" pipe flow). It is a 106 turbo. Sounds mean.

It's only owned by one now. Me and Mark (BLWNTA) were partners but he has since bought me out.

Too much money, I had to fold my hand. It is a really impressive car though and I'm proud I was a part of it. With Mark and Kurt working on it this car will be one to watch.

thing of beauty...just wow.

question for the former owner after the car fires, what does he go back inside the car and flip on/off?

and why have a starter under the hood? I know of bump starts to check lash and what not....

Chad

He could start the car inside as well but he goes on and turns the ignition on then comes to the engine bay and uses the bump start to start it so he doesn't have to crawl in and out

It even has a bump start on each side for convenience.

Gosh...I didn't think this would end up on here. Thanks Tom for fielding some of the questions.

It was really just a quick vid I put together for Kurt Urban (engine builder-Kurt Urban Performance). I picked the motor up last Friday night and me and two of my crew had it in and running on Sunday. It's sounds kick ass in person. On Wednesday I will be strapping on the custom rocker girdles Kurt finished yesterday. Those will be available for high horsepower applications soon from KUP. Once those are on I can starting tuning it on the "brake", that's where the cool video's will be made, lol.

I will get some finished pics and better video up in the near future.

BTW...it is a 106mm PT and the motor is a 447 CU IN LSX-Hydraulic Roller!
