Default New Nova setup in the works.

72 Nova that I have 2 looks for...old school style and lowered drag look, just swap wheels and adjust a few things. its a 4 link car, mini-tubbed 10" tire, street driven.

Figured time to ditch the stock 5.3L and build something for it. It will be an iron L92 headed 421ci w/ twin MPT70s w/ a .68 housing. I got a good deal on the turbos, i'll see how they work. Ive collected this stuff for the past year, changing my mind a few times. Finally going to start the fab process tonight with the new headers and twin setup. I'll try and keep pics posted as I go.

Anyway heres my kitchen counter of car parts. One item is thrown in there to trick you. See if you can guess what it is.

Box of Stainless elbows for the headers and other stuff is self explanatory.

Head studs, lifters.

Pushrods, valve spring kit.

Vanilla cupcake scented candle with real fire in it.

Oil pump, timing chain.

Water pump

Turbos

Stainless flanges.

Some engine pics.

Sweet, should make quite the runner. When are you expecting to have it running?

Maybe mid summer, depends on how side tracked with other things I get.

The old 5.3 single turbo setup (entire drivetrane) I'll be looking for another rolling chassis of some kind to put it in.
