I use to use it on my 87 GN but seemed to funk up my O2 sensors! Ide say to just upgrade your fuel system and youll be fine (Fuel pump/injectors-boost ref regulator)
Tried the NOS octane booster, even tried it with half the amount of gas and absolutely no change in mph at the track, all it did was make my plugs a red color so I could not read them, Best bet is to get some High Octane Race Fuel for the track..
As said above the best way to BOOST octane is by mixing in a higher octane fuel. For example missing 5 gallons of 113 with 5 gallons of 93 to give you a octane of 103.
Also adding higher octane fuels to most cars will do nothing except waste money with out tuning. For example adding boost, timing, nitrous, compression, etc. Our ECU does not learn or compensate for the higher octane so unless you use a tuner or HP-tuners or other related software its just a waste of time and money for either one.

How will an upgraded fuel system which all our fi cars already have help an octane problem??????? Are you trying to say add more fuel or tune it pig Ritchie and forget about octane? It that's the case that's just plain wrong
If your on a budget get a 5 gallon jug of tolulene from your local paint shop and add an ounce or two of ATF for lube and it will raise the octane as well as torco!

An ounce to how much ATF?

ive heard about the touline before raising it a significant amount my only concern is how good is that stuff for your gas lines and seals. any one with any experience on this?
I would have to agree with lt170chevelle i would play it safe and just buy the higher octane fuel to start out with and save my seals plus take all the guess work out of it.
