Waiting on some exhaust elbows for the downpipe. I screwed the inlet piping up...lol, totally forgot that the alternator went there. Oh well....easy to fix. ...cut....re-weld, maybe get a 45 degree rubber elbow for the throttle body.
Anyways I figure I do need an alternator so heres my alternator relocation bracket.

FAIL!

I figured it was probably out of necessity and actually I like it up high better too.

Where did you get that bracket from?

DP has a bracket on the bottom holding it to the pipe coming off the manifold. Then the flat plates are just temporary in there to hold it all as is so I can fab up the wastegate piping out of the car instead of laying under it. The stainless won the battle over the holesaw today so I didnt get the wastegate finished. grrrr.

It will never see a dyno. The whole combo exactly as is was in my Nova for 3 years (re-doing the turbo piping as the chassis are different). Race weight of 3660 (w/ me in it) and running 10.30's @ 131 equates out to roughly 640whp. Heres a video of the Nova, it has 3.50 gears and 29.5" tall tires. The transam has 28" tall tires and 3.89 gears.... The Nova lacked the low end and didnt hit full boost till after the 60ft. TA should be a little quicker.

It also has a 50 shot of spray, the last couple vids w/ the shiny wheels were on no spray, runs around 10.50s.

^Thanks,
Wrapped the hot side and im starting to put it together for good. Im going to wrap the lower part of the intake pipe as well because it comes in front of the radiator. Also decided to paint the compressor housing black. Its slowly taking shape.

Perhaps you already thought about this, but how do you plan to run the upper radiator hose?

Also, what converter and transmission setup are you running and what fuel pump/injectors?

I knew the upper radiator hose was going to be tricky, i'll just route it down and around.
Tranny is a TH350, manual valve body, TCI streetfighter converter rebuilt by Coan 4000 stall. They advised me to not use it in this setup but its all i had at the time and Hughes didnt know how to build me one. It blows through a little.
Injectors are mototrons 60#. Fuel pump setup....I still have to do this yet but going to run dual walbros in the tank.
