Just curious what kind of investment you've made so far. Looks like you've done a great job, I'm probably going to copy your design a bit, if that's ok.

No problems at all. I ran a stock LS1 radiator in my old LS1 coupe with the same fan (strait up) and it never saw 210 on a hot day, even with the trans cooler roated to the radiator.

Sup Brad!! Yeah, hopefully I can get it fully tuned tomarrow at RPM. Plan on loading up and leaving early. I'll call you when it's done tuned! BTW, it's sounds so badass with the cam through the open 4" downpipe. Sounds very similiar to my old true duals dumped, but much hollower with a turbo whistle.

Thanks man! Well, so far I have not spent a dime extra. I sold my previous motor for $3650, headers and duals for $600. Here's a basic breakdown of what I spent in return.

Used 2005 Longblock (317 heads) = $800
Used Comp Cam (Very smiliar to blower specs, 224 .567 115) - $250
Used Comp 918's = $100
Used Hardened PR's = $75
Used (never installed) ARP Rod Bolts - $80
MPT 76 Turbo (New Q-Trim, 1.00 Exhaust) = $750
Oil Kit (Includes AN Fittings, Braided hoses, etc) = $125
JGS 44mm Wastegate = $250
JGS 56mm B/O = $250
32x14x4 Ebay I/C = $125
Piping, Clamps, Silicone - $300
Racetronics Fuel Pump w/upgrade Wiring - $250
Spec 3+ Clutch (Like New) = $350
LS2 Chain = $40
LS6 Oil Pump = $100
Boost gauge = $50
Alternator Bracket (made myself) = $8
Shorter Belt (69.5" Vatozone) = $22
MISC Connectors, hoses, blah blah = $100
TurboWerx Ulltra Scavenger Pump = $350
Turbonetics Boost Controller = $125
Additional SD Tuning and Dyno time = $200

Re-Used my LS6 intake and 80mm BBK TB.

Well, found out Friday from my tuner that the turbo is not draining properly allowing oil to backup in the turbo causing oil to leak past the seal and into the downpipe. Just wanted to let the ones know that are in the process of building a lower front mount setup on a budget a scavenger pump is likely needed. Not too much $$ extra, but extra none the less.

The pump I chose is the 12VDC Version:TurboWerx Part # TWX-300-12V (About $450 to install and dial in). Having them install that along with a Turbonetics manual boost controller. Main reason I went with the top of the line version, the entry level pump will not be available for 10-15 days. I want this thing done, only cost additional $100 and is suppost to be much better.

Oh well, I was planning on having it all tuned and dyno'd tomarrow, but I want to make sure it's all good.

To be continued!!

Thanks! Yeah, so far with the additional pump and tuning, I have spent about $500 out of pocket. Even if it only makes 550rwhp, thats 125rwhp more than I had before.

Still waiting on the scavenger pump to be installed. If all goes well this saturday I will find out.

Starting at 6psi and plan on upping it to 15psi if it holds.
