LS1Silverado05's Truck Manifold Build

I figure I am far enough into this I might as well post up where Im at with it, so come time I can post numbers people will maybe know what the combo is...
The Long & Short of it is that the build its a Single MP T70 .96 T4 fed by 2.5" charge pipes from non egr 6.0 Manifolds. Pretty standard fare...but I have been patient to find the very best deals on all my parts, so that my combo will be economical yet quality based. The motor for now is a factory 98 Long block with exception to the valvesprings and pushrods being replaced...as well as some 60# injectors...
I have saved considerable money by doing my own radiator and fan relocate with the stock rad and fans.... as well as my own Alternator relocate with my own simple bracket I made in my garage...and of course I will be fabricating my charge pipes and down pipe...
I will list below my parts list thus far and then throw in pictures below that as the build progresses.

My main goal is to make close to 500RWHP for now...and keep my hand off the boost controller until I have a stout short block on my stand... but we'll see how that goes!

Really this is my first attempt into the Turbo world, and Im taking this more as a learning experience so I can be that much better at my next build as well. I have no false expectations in this. I know that the stock long block....the 4L60...and the 10Bolt are all on borrowed time...but its going to be fun!

Yea and thats what I have in it... and most of the parts on the list are NEW, in fact the only used items were the Wastegate and the pushrods...both from local friends...the rest is brand new.. Its just a matter of finding the good deals. Anyone can PM to find out where I sourced certain items. I assure you that I did a lot of price shopping!

Thanks! The manifold flanges I got on ebay.. but there are quite a few guys here who have some for sale usually too...

some hot welds on that merge pipe! and yeah ModularTurbo is a great dude to deal with no doubt!! do you have a deadline set to get your car back on it's feet?

The Merge I tacked myself..and blended the internals... but I had a local muffler shop weld it up for me....

The rest of the pipe I intend to have a friend weld up... he takes pride in his welds and is willing to help....

Either way it will be coated and wrapped anyway so you wont see much...

Got my Oil Feed and Drain Lines in place.... (Excuse the filthy motor! Keep in mind this is a "for now" motor..LOL)

Got my A-Pillar Gauges in...(say what you want about Glowshift, for the price I gotta try them out ($172 TOTAL)...I've had plenty other brands, I might as well give them a shot)

Also here is a shot of my new lower radiator support many have been asking about...
