I went with dual catch cans from each valve cover routed to turbo filter so i can have constant vaccume on the crank case...
Drivers side catch can (hose going across fuse boxes goes to airfilter):
Alluminum cut and bend for radiator cover:
alternator bolted to Waterpump and head:
STOCK Radiator hoses cut flipped and spliced with pipe:
Merge pipe and WG:
Cold pipe (charge side) and BOV, the BOV points directly out the vent below the marker light on the drives side (should be loud):
Everything together befor i knew i had the oil leak (with only 1 catch can installed lol):
After i get the timing cover seal replaced i will drive it to work and build/install the down pipe, install 3pt subframe connectors, install LCA brackets and it'll be time for tuning!!!!
great progress man. great progress. keep it coming, time to see some numbers. lol. im going with a 5.3 truck motor for my build. let me know how much boost she holds.
Now i just need to find a GOOD pusher fan on the CHEAP!
I don't know if you still need them, but if you do start scrounging the JY for Mercedes (late 80's-early 90's) They have some big thin pushers on them, I run one on my S10, works like a champ. I think they go for about $13 each out here. You could probably stuff 2 in front of the radiator, Ive got a second one on the floor waiting for my 5.3 turbo project. Keep up the good work.

Looks good did you copy my alt bracket or did you add a tensioner?
ya i have to fight the belt on right now but will be figuring something out for a tensioner, might just keep it simple and use a slide type bracket for alt to tension the belt like others have done..... but i would like to have a stock type tensioner though.
Well i planned on getting some tuning done last night but i got a flu shot at work yesterday morning... I had an alergic reaction to the damn thing! Couldn't breath or stand up! I still feel like shit this morning.
I got a present in the mail today though. I got my 16" fan (off ebay from Hot Rod USA) I was a little worried about the quality.... BUT THIS THING SUCKS/BLOWS like crazy! I dont think ill have to worry about cooling problems i bet it makes every bit of 2200 cfm it claims! It only cost $56 shipped also!
I will have a 12" puller fan on my intercooler and tranny cooler.... and a 16" pusher fan on the radiator....
If i start to feel better this afternoon i might get out and do some tuning...
