It seems that people do get in the 500-550 range with prochargers and turbo's. Everyone says it's all in the tune if it will last or not. If that's the case or not I don't know.

Another +1 for TTi. I have been running their kit for a while. Made 444rwhp and 475 rwtq on a stock engine, only about 6psi, t-76 turbo though.

This directory (http://rkarasek.com/images/TTikit/) has pictures of my kit before I sold it. Keep in mind I changed the intercooler from the TTi one to an OBX 3.5".

This is the intercooler swap: http://rkarasek.com/highspeedproducts/images/interfini/

This is right after I installed the kit: http://rkarasek.com/highspeedproducts/images/turbodone/

This is after I put in the New Futral Short Block and AFR heads: http://rkarasek.com/highspeedproducts/images/update/

Here are pictures of my Futral Short block when I got it: http://rkarasek.com/highspeedproducts/images/Futral/

I forgot the cross over clearance... it sits 2-1/2" below the oil pan.. its about as tight as you can get it in there...

If you have a better suggestion let me know. I'm aware of the clearance issues but there really isnt any other choice.
unless you go with a smaller cross over which we tried and no one liked!

On my old kit you all ran the crossover right under the oil pan and transmission bell housing (where the two come together). It tucks really nice up there.

On some of the kits we manufactured for the a/t we're able to run the crossover just in front of the trans pan and it ended up much higher. On our first design kit the crossover was routed between the engine and k member, the size was limited to two inch and needed to be wrapped to stop steering boots from melting. George

I'm sure it would because it has a bit more room in front of the oil pan and if I remember I have one upstairs. I'll get back to you on that.

Ok, so from what I take, you can use this kit with that smaller turbo, then later on down the line if you choose to do so, a 76mm will fit right up there no problem, with the same intercooler?

Yes, I feel with the upgrades we did to improve the intercooler the same cores would support the T76. With the standard turbo (now 60 series 60 to 67) We are hoping to be able to support in the upper 500 rwhp. If you want more I suggest going with our "Race System" George
