I have net set of aftermarket fuel rails and new FPR, Do i use the evap line for return or add a new line and what size line, exactly whats the best way to do this, reason is im adding another pump in tank....thanks
Actually to get the best performance out of that new dual pump is to add a new feed line -8 and a -6 return line. Leave the EVAP line intact it is a good system and will cause you trouble removed.
I already have the Racetronix pump and wire kit and just cut a access hole for pump
and will add another pump for WOT actavation. So do i have to drop the tank to add a -6 return also where do i join -8 supply line at the sending unit or where? 408 with 200
shot
The cons of removing the EVAP system? Baby seals die - that's about it. That and you'll smell the extra fuel vapors now whafting around your car. It's the smell of man. I'd pour gasoline on my Cheerios if I could.

When I did my twin pump install I just added a -8 line for the feed and made the return out of the regulator to my factory feed line with an adaptor! Then eliminated the T in the factory feed line under the car, works flawlessly! Making over 600whp at a rock steady 70 psi with E85!
It is a very good tank vent system and removing it can cause filling issues and return air into the tank for when pumps pump fuel out can cause pump cavitation. And yes the fuel vapors if vented correctly are released into the atmosphere in a garage can cause a fire with fumes trapped in the garage.
I'm no where near an expert, but I've also heard of people having problems with the line they use for a return line (either factory feed, or evac) being too small, and causing heating, or cavitation issues from deadheading.
vehicles have been produced and hot-rodded for decades with no EVAP. EVAP is a EPA bs. Older vehicles have tank vents, my tank is vented and i run a breather on my vents.
the stock feed line used for return is plenty. its -6 and is plenty for just about any build. Us over in the GM world use much larger lines then others do. take alook at fords, yes i said that evil name on this site but a Terminator runs a much smaller set of lines then us
also was wondering how you connect an- line to stock sending unit
x2 BUMP!

I'm actually running the Aero fittings to convert stock hard line to -8 feed. To connect the 15118 to a hose end you need a -8 male/male adapter, which I have, but when installing the other day I was wondering if I needed an o-ring on the Aeromotive side.
