This car was bought brand new in 1999 by my Dad. We raced this car from the 800 mile mark on the odometer. We had alot of fun with the car before they closed the local track. My Dad gave the car to me as a gift about 2 years ago. We have been in this LS racing game from the beginnings of LS1.com My Dad was a moderator here on Tech for some time as well. The car has gone thru many phases with me now it basically a starightline performance car.
The setup I had with the times listed were an LS1 with a stock crank,stock rods,Katech rodbolts,stock pistons,stock rings. Some guys get their panties in a bunch when a setup like such is referred to as a stock shortblock (wich is what it is in my book).
