Default need some1 to help woith 4:10 gears with the highway

got a 2000 t/a ls1 procharged built tranny and built 10 bolt with 4:10's, every weekend i drive 320 miles havent yet with this car. would it be safe to drive with that high of gears on the highway going 80-85 mph? should i look into getting 3:73 gears? wat kinda rpm range would it be with 4:10's? and 1 more thing would nething start to wear down or nething break? thanks.

im running 4.10 in a M6, and doing about 2400rpm @85

Hey mike, I would recomend 3.42 gear for a procharged ls1 w/A4!......great all around gear that you can drive all day @ 85mph

Yeah for those sustained speeds every week I say 3.42 or 3.23.
