My yukons have held up well.
I got mine from randys ring & pinion.
I know a lot of our sponcers have the Motives which i here are good also.
But most definatly have them installed proper.

May be a dumb question, but has anyone ever heard of/tried Pro 5.0 gears?? Not sure if they even make em for GMs but they could be an option...

Iv'e broken everything. I have had the best luck with stock ford 9" gears and also with motive orange box gears. After eleminating all wheelhop and using a softer hitting clutch, I have not broken anything since. Dad broke his Dana 60 gears with a hard leaving Nova behind a tough 327 and a toploader. Anything can break if you bog the car.
