Default headlight socket part number?

I've replaced the driver side low beam headlight twice in the past month and it's out again. I pulled the socket off from behind the light and it's partially melted inside the sockets to slide onto the light.

I need to order that socket asap. Do you have that part number for an 01TA?

Thanks!

Few things, the link seems to be invalid, and does anyone have part #'s for a driver side fender, bumper cover, and headlight off of a 98 z28?
