'96 V6 Camaro Security Problems

About 10 months ago, I was having some problems with the Security. My brother-in-law, and I installed the resisters to by-pass the security. Well, for some reason it's happening again. I've checked the resisters and there still good, we thought it might have been the Ignistion Switch and we replaced it, changed the relay switch for the security that leads to the starter and nothing. he is saying that if i install a push start botton then it should by-pass it all together. before i do that i was wondering if anyone has had the same problem and if it worked, or if there is anything else i could try?
