Default Odd drivability when cold?

Whenever i start the car up for the first time of the day (full 8 hrs of cooling engine off so its cold as it can be) whenever i try to drive it, for instance put it in reverse to get out of the driveway, the car acts like theres no gas going to the engine or something? i try to give it a little gas, and it bogs down (while the clutch is fully engaged.)

same when in first, i have to eassssse the clutch out into first, then it'll finally get some going to it and it'll pull itself without me giving it any gas, but whenever i try to give it some gas, the engine seems to bog down and the car slows...

anyone have any idea as to what could cause this?

only happens when its cold, once it warms up, she purrs likea tiger

Thats tune related. Is there a cam in the car??

Mine did that until my tuner spent time messing with the cold start varibles.

The car is in open loop until it reaching opertating temp.

I tink we need some more info on this.

Dirty MAF. If its dirty your cold start performance will be all wierd. After warm-up the MAF doesn't do much at all, the 02 sensors take over. Try to spray that sucker with MAF cleaner, then look elsewhere if that doesn't work. Also, spray the peepee out of the IAT sensor on the inside of the lid while your at it.

with the tune im running now, the MAF is tuned out i believe, think hes got it running on some other table or something thats constant? forgive me its been like a year since we did it lol

i thought it MIGHT have been the tune, but wasnt sure, it started a little while after we tuned it,

no cam, just full boltons, which right after maybe a week or so later the car was tuned w/ just the boltons (long tubes, ory, new plugs/wires, ls6 intake, lid,) think that covers the boltons..

Thats very odd to have a speed density tune for the set-up you have. Go back to normal and use the MAF.

would i have any loss of HP with a speed density tune? or whats the main difference? the MAF only compensates for air temperature going into the engine right?
