Edelbrock did put the throttle body pattern on, but the bottom two holes are moved outwards and upwards about .160" if I remember correctly. You need to slot the holes in your throttle body for it to be able to bolt up. They did this as they developed their own throttle body with a different mounting pattern and it overlapped the GM pattern.

With a few changes, this intake would be absolutely killer. There is no doubt in my mind that it would out perform the FAST intake in applications that it fits.

I seen that and it was very impressive. I would like to see the intake as the only change though, even though the truck was the underdog and came out on top.

i want this intake on my procharged motor. finding one is proving to be hard though. do you think its possible to swap the injectors on the inside of the runners? alot of work, and a weird question, but i gotta know...

Although I have not seen any intakes modified this way I don't see any reason why it couldn't be fabbed up. I was belwildered as to why there were not bosses added to the inside of the runners for just such an application. Seems like a pretty straight forward setup. You could weld bosses in place on the current intakes since you're dealing with aluminum.

Good luck.

Richard

How 'bout shower injectors on top like the sport bikes use? Talk about easy to fab.

dont see why you would need to move or add injectors , the stock location is about as close to ideal as you can get with out putting them in the head
