Default pro flo intake

This inake has been on my car for about a month, and I love it visual and performance wise.It has a better mid range and top end pull than my Ls2 intake.I have not dynoed this combo yet but will post as soon as I do. .new-edelbrock-lsx-intake-manifold-sema-claiming-much-more-power-than-fast-dscf2409.jpg

new-edelbrock-lsx-intake-manifold-sema-claiming-much-more-power-than-fast-dscf2409.jpgThis intake made 25hp more than my ls2 intake on
a stock 6.0 with a 228/230 cam .

an LS6 is far superior to the ls2 manifold. However, i agree that the gentleman who gained 25hp going from the ls2 manifold to the edelbrock proflo-xt manifold got excellent results. I am curious, however, as to what the gains looked like across the torque curve rather than talking about the gain of 25hp at the peak. If i were to go for this manifold, it would be because it increased torque production across the board and not just around peak, which would benefit my streetcar greatly.

This thing pulled to 7000 easy, thats when he shut it down because it is a stock bottom end engine.I'm going to take it to the track as soon as I get my other wheels to mount my Et streets. This was also with a max of 32 degrees of timing and 89 octane not 93.I believe your nova would benefit from this intake.
