Best "Cat"

ive allready done a search but found nothing that really answered my question, atm i have hooker Lts, 3" ory, to Hooker CB. My inspections is coming up and cant find a shop that will over look no cat being there. i was considering a borla xr-1 but i cant decide if it will fly. what would be the best "cat" hint hint that i can put on the I after the Y pipe to act as a cat and not be questioned

i am pretty sure it would have to go in front of the y. try the salvage yards, or try one of the sponsors on here. im sure they would have something to help you out.
