you need a dyno tune.mail order tune is only a guess.

could be the iac valve is stuck way open. try taking it off and cleaning it out. turn the key on and see if it is moving.

WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT DRILL THE HOLE IN THE TB ANY LARGER THAN WHAT IT IS.... YOU CAN FUCK IT UP, THATS A BS WAY TO TRY AND FIX IT AND IT WILL NEVER WORK RIGHT!!!! Its 100% in your tune, Bring it to a acutal shop and get the tune looked at.... I had the same problem when i did my cam, I tuned it properly and now it runs great.... Do not listen to anyone that tells you to drill the hole.....
