There's a company on eBay that makes stainless Corsa clones, for around $90/pair, that are 3" in, and dual 3.5" out. I got my tips from them, for the Trans Am, and they seem to be really good quality. I ended up going with the 2.5" in, and 4" outs w/ 3"-2.5" reducers though, because I wanted to really fill the spaces in the bumper.

mastercoryd - see...I was asking that same question to a buddie about exhaust set up and he said I wouldnt have any issues with my exhaust running under the axle but I was like...no way, my car is lowered as it is and my driveway is super steep so I loos a ton of clearance at the top entering the garage.

so pretty much no way on under the rear set ups I guess...part of me is debating to just dump it but I really dont like no tips on ta's and I dont want it that much louder due to being dumped before the axle.

nice camaro that sounds sick!... i have bassani duals on my ta and they sound really good... i have lt's and no cats and if i need it to be quiet like if there's cops around, it's no problem... once it gets to about 2500 rpm's is where it opens up and gets loud... you can drive around with the windows down and talk on the phone or have a normal conversation with a passenger with no problems... i do like the way the tsp system sounds but it's just too much for me ALL the time... my car just has boltons so i'm sure it will get louder when the heads/cam swap is done but i couldn't see it being as much of a nuisance as most of the other td systems out there

just my .02 but unless its going on an uber show car...why would u need a polished stainless mid pipe? it'd be completely covered in road grime a week after it was installed. don't get me wrong though, it would look sweet.

I got my Trans Am back from the shop today, after getting my headers, and H-pipe on, with single chambers. It's even deeper than my Camaro was. I love it. I'll get some vids up this weekend, hopefully, if it's nice out.

Here is a video of a walk around of my car with it at idle so you can hear what it sounds like at idle.

I have a 2-1/2" X pipe w/ Magnaflow race mufflers.

Sounds pissed off.

Yeah, I went under the axle, out to the back bumper. My clearance is awesome, surprisingly. Way better than my Camaro was. If it ever stops raining, I'll take some pics, and get some vids up.

Got bored and made a vid of mine a little bit ago. You can see that I have tons of clearance in it also.

Hey Tspence45 is the H-pipe and all of that 3" and you say you went under the axle. You must have a good exhaust guy or did you buy that kit? How much work did yall have to do to get it tucked under there? Could you get a picture under the car from the side with soda can to show your clearance? It seems from the video you look to have good clearance but that would really let us know. That sounds bad ass hell by the way.
