o hey, i asked this in the TD sticky, but what are some good 3" inlet tips for a full length TD set up? all i have found so far are oval tips and i don't care for the oval tip.
There's a company on eBay that makes stainless Corsa clones, for around $90/pair, that are 3" in, and dual 3.5" out. I got my tips from them, for the Trans Am, and they seem to be really good quality. I ended up going with the 2.5" in, and 4" outs w/ 3"-2.5" reducers though, because I wanted to really fill the spaces in the bumper.
i have custom 2.5" duals mandrel bent with powersticks under the axle they sound really amazing but im looking to get rid of them cause i need more clearance because my next mod i plan to drop my car 2" so if you want to buy them cheap PM me

Please PM me the overall dimensions of the sticks. I might be interested.
mastercoryd - see...I was asking that same question to a buddie about exhaust set up and he said I wouldnt have any issues with my exhaust running under the axle but I was like...no way, my car is lowered as it is and my driveway is super steep so I loos a ton of clearance at the top entering the garage.
so pretty much no way on under the rear set ups I guess...part of me is debating to just dump it but I really dont like no tips on ta's and I dont want it that much louder due to being dumped before the axle.
i'm running the tsp td's with bullets dumped at axle with pacesetters. cam is a 233/239 113lsa. just got done driving car for half an hour so nice and warmed up. exhaust is very loud and get compliments all the time. sorry for the poor quality video. camera is messed up.

nice camaro that sounds sick!... i have bassani duals on my ta and they sound really good... i have lt's and no cats and if i need it to be quiet like if there's cops around, it's no problem... once it gets to about 2500 rpm's is where it opens up and gets loud... you can drive around with the windows down and talk on the phone or have a normal conversation with a passenger with no problems... i do like the way the tsp system sounds but it's just too much for me ALL the time... my car just has boltons so i'm sure it will get louder when the heads/cam swap is done but i couldn't see it being as much of a nuisance as most of the other td systems out there
just my .02 but unless its going on an uber show car...why would u need a polished stainless mid pipe? it'd be completely covered in road grime a week after it was installed. don't get me wrong though, it would look sweet.
I got my Trans Am back from the shop today, after getting my headers, and H-pipe on, with single chambers. It's even deeper than my Camaro was. I love it. I'll get some vids up this weekend, hopefully, if it's nice out.

ya... mines not to bad but i want to drop my car alot so thats why i want a custom y that tucks up good with a cutout and a magnaflow catback should tuck up good, or else i'd keep the duals i LOVE the sound its perfect IMO
Dustin - whats the big difference between the magnapacks and the race mufflers from Magnaflow?
tspence45 - did you go all the way out with it or is it dumped....Im really battling that one...Id dump it but I really dont want it that loud. Hows your clearance?
Yeah, I went under the axle, out to the back bumper. My clearance is awesome, surprisingly. Way better than my Camaro was. If it ever stops raining, I'll take some pics, and get some vids up.
Hey Tspence45 is the H-pipe and all of that 3" and you say you went under the axle. You must have a good exhaust guy or did you buy that kit? How much work did yall have to do to get it tucked under there? Could you get a picture under the car from the side with soda can to show your clearance? It seems from the video you look to have good clearance but that would really let us know. That sounds bad ass hell by the way.
