So, Im not trying to be a jerk. This is an honest question I like to ask, just to learn.
Why do you want 500hp? Did you pick a number out of the thin air? Do you feel you need to make some club, or wear the number like a girl wears expencive cloths?
Have you driven 500hp? A number isnt a tangable goal, I can make you a 500hp dyno graph out of any pull you want. A goal should be tangable, and more like real " I want to run 11s"
I want to ask this in about 20 threads a day and dont......but I have to ask someone.
couldnt have said it better myself

you guys are acting like a bunch of 6yr. old's ...hell i just told you guys i wanted to go tens on motor and i said to do so i would need about 500hp damn ya dont gotta get you panties in a wad over it
I didn't see Allens F14 cam in there anywhere!! Is it the hp # you want or a track #?
edit: I just read the rest of the thread.. Check out my sig. I didn't make 500rwhp I made 447rwhp. My car is a full weight N/A 3600lb, stock bottom end, stock suspension car that ran that same #'s back to back at the track. I am using the Trick Flow 215cnc heads milled to 62cc with a cam Allen Futral cut to match these heads.
my buddy wanna buy TFS 215 heads for stock bottom , but we don't know what cam to install , we don't want to spray anymore , so what cam we must run with ?
Anger Management Racing has gone faster than anyone I know of in the 1/4. They trapped 138.8 with a stock cube engine, just heads, cam, and a fast. The fast wasn't even ported. Might be worth it to give them a call. They used slightly modified TFS heads.

Seriously, I would give the folks at Speed inc. a call or Email. Lot's of knowledge and good info/direction. They will steer you right for your application and goal. Plus, they sponsor here.

I had a Vindicator, the thing was a beast, I loved it. But if you ask me, the added duration of the T-Rex will help it to work better with Nitrous.

first asking for a cam that will get you 10.50's N/A, is a completely different question than trying to make 500hp. second, you are asking the wrong people, all your gonna get here is a bunch of people telling you to run the cam they have. what you need, is to have someone that knows what they are doing do some heads and a cam together and youll get what your after, possibly more.
I like my custom grind with my stock 243's and stock ls6 intake it is a really good combo and makes 430RWHP with LT's and X-Pipe and a tune. You should definitely give some guys who know what they are doing a call and have them grind one to go with your setup.
^^^Pred Z hit it on the head. I would get the heads made to what you want, then go custom cam with a shop you feel comportable can make the power you want. When you say that you want to rev to 7000+ with it, the 240 size will become part of it. All the cams you listed can make 10.50 if set up correctly and have a REALLY GOOD TUNER which is key. But if you want me to name one I would say MS4, I am a firm believer in TSPs cams. But have just about seen those #'s that you are looking for with just about all those cams...

Since you are going to use the TFS 215 heads...TEA offers those heads and Brian Tooley is the owner of TEA and the man to talk to about the combo that you are contemplating...give him a call and discuss your goals with him....he will steer you in the right direction ... my guess is that he would have you get a custom grind ... after speaking with Brian I had great results with my custom grind cam and TEA heads ... a custom cam will not cost you anymore than a off the self grind ... good luck with your project.
