Here's a little comparision to look at before buying a bigger cam. This is a LS2 GTO that we did a while back.
The blue graph is a VRX3 with the stock intake
The red graph is a VRX6 with the stock intake
And the green is the VRX6 with a Fast 90 intake.

Look at the power under the curve the smaller cam had compared to the bigger cam. I would have loved to see the small cam with the Fast intake.

hmmm... doesn't look like that big of gains... specially for a bigger cam and a fast 90.

I gotta say... I love my power down low. Makes the car fun as hell to drive...

wonder if it would be worth just bumping it to a 228 or low 230's cam...

High 220's to low 230's is all you really need to make good drivable power.

it would be dumb to just move to a 228.. waste of time and money..

go with something mid 230s.. thats not too big of a cam for your setup at all.. and should put you close to your goal..

with your added compression from your 59cc AFRs I would suggest something in the range of 234/242 .6XX .6XX on a 112LSA. You will probably pick up 12-16RWHP over your current setup and still have nice drivability. If you wanted max effort grab the Vindicator from Ron over at Vengence

I'd probably just start off with a ported 92/92mm setup from Vengence for 1199. youll get 350-440 for your stock intake and TB and an intake swap is alot easier and faster than a cam swap.

I have a feeling that a ported 92 setup on your car would net 20RWHP and 10RWTQ due to you already having a decent set of heads.

I couldn't justify paying an additional $200-300 just to have the intake taken out 4mm's extra in an area that wont be a restriction on your motor.
