With the 409 in your sig would only be about 360-370 on a Mustang dyno if those are Dynojet #s. My guess is around 350 with his mods on a Mustang.
40-50rwhp loss for mustang dyno
i dont think so man...
only way i see that is if the converter is unlocked too...

without ac see post 5, pm me if you need one
he said he would unlock my converter for ONE pull to see what it made like that. Said I should be able to get another 30-40 more hp after all tuning is done. Pump should be here today ( thanks speedtweekerz ) maybe get back on dyno this week. Car runs strong on street without really any tuning in it.
great cam choice my friend, dont worry about dyno numbers, i made 348 unlocked on a mustang but a nice flat curve. runs 11.90s with no intake and rich.

I'm not really too worried about power numbers. I just want it to run good. It would be shocking to somone if they got outran and found out I only made 309 lol.
I bet your car will run very strong after all is said and done. My friend with that El Torro goat only lost to a turbo LT1 car that made 420+ by 2 cars!

Check out Mustangs website,10-12 percent lower than a Dynojet. So if those numbers are from a Dynojet it means 10 percent would be 40.9 hp less putting you around 370.
fuel pump is in. should be finished getting tuned in the next few days. what do you guys think she will run with 100 shot ? not out the gate of course.
Did you degree the cam on install?
Either this is one stingy dyno or something else is wrong.
Did you have a base dyno run?
That cam (properly suported) is capable of 50+rwhp increase.
No I didn't degree it. I hope it's just the dyno. we will see here in the near future. 309hp at 5500 is what I'm at now. Car does feel solid though as is and can only get better.
damn Tim, i was wondering the same. lol. since i dont have any real numbers either. 358 hp on a mustang dyno with a trans that was slipping bad. threw a lvl 2 performabuilt in and ran a 7.5 1/8th mile. so i'm very happy with "el torro"
nope, still havent went and got it tuned lol. i have one day off a week so its hard to find time to get there and do it. plus money has been kinda tight here lately. 7.5 is what i ran on spray with a stock motor. i cant wait to get it done and hopefully to the track before it closes for the winter. i need breaks, shocks, and a trans mount first so i doubt i will be getting it tuned this week.

So you did get that trans Ryan!?...I was hoping you would. I probably should of done the same. But damn...7.5. I didn't know you took it to the track.
What tires did you use? '60? mph?
I wonder if the SS will be as quick as your PT. I kinda wish I would of gotten the PT, because the SS's STR is so high.

i made 309 at 5500rpm. thats as far as i could go because my fuel pump was bad. i now have walbro 255. with my worn out pump i ran right next to a h/c ls1, so im not too dissapointed with its performance. i can tell it runs a little better now even though it runs rich.
