Default Comp XE 287 & hpe s cam

is the comp cams xe 287 the same cam as the hpe s cam just with a differnt price? the specs seem the same, same dur, lift, and lob sep?

and could i use this on a stock ls1 bottom end with patriot cnc 227 heads and fast intake 90mm and 1 7/8 l/t headers, good combo looking for 450-500 rwhp any ideas?
