Default Need cam specs for a stroker!!!

Building a 408 iron block and need to figure out what cam I'm going with.Would like to see everyones cam specs and how they rate it.Also thinking about a solid as an option too.I'm looking for something obnoxious!!!Don't want anything that idles like stock!!!!!TIA

just finished a 408 at work...its more of a street strip cam...aggressive idle...good for S/C, Nitrous, or Turbo....

Still looking!!!!Finding tons off 422+ cams!!!Don't know if they would be too big on a 408 though!!!!!Help!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm installing one a 230/236 .572"/.578" 112lsa in a 408 I'm building this week. I'll let you know what I think about it when its running next week! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />

Think I might have narrowed it down to a straight 244/112 or this one from Cartek 238/246 .625"/.625" 108 but on a 110 LSA!!My buddy talked to Dave today and this is what he recomended!!
