No, we went from stock ported LS7 tuned to FAST 102 then tweaked the tune .

congrats on the gains man. car should feel different now...

LS6427 is the biggest troll on this site. I'm surprised he hasn't told you to get an ITB setup yet. What's sad is i don't think he is trolling on purpose. He is really that annoying.

Nice gains and great under the curve power!

And LS6427....since you know and see all these great #'s and know everything it takes...then why the hell does your sig. say 492/495? If it's so easy for his set up to make more power....why the hell can't your's 427 break 500?!?!?! Even with all the stock shit in the sig...it still blows.

Glad I made that much. Stock TB and LS1 heads....I'd say that power is pretty damn good. Show me another LSx making that much power with LS1 heads from 1998. You that stupid to realize that almost making 500 RWHP with my stuff isn't pretty good. Explains alot.

You have a 500ci engine that costs what two engines would cost that can make the same power...thats great. Nice build

And you talk like you have a clue what ITB's can do....when you have no clue.

All I know is my engine would drag your engine silly.

Same goes for David.

Here is the money I have in mine:

9900 shortblock (Callies crank, Wiseco pistons, Carrillo rods, ARP main and head studs, cam included)
1000 to port the exhaust side of my heads
1100 for Ferrea valve springs
600 for morel/isky lifters

Glad someone else sees this...Even though I have to agree with him if his numbers are in fact correct, They are impressive. Chances are though, He got his car dynoed at the same place all these other high dyno numbers are coming out of.

How do you know how much his engine cost to build? Do you really think you could build 2 on the edge 454 LSx's for the cost of his build? I doubt it. Not using the same parts. Callies, Carrillo, Wiseco.

Even if you could, this proves what? I've yet to see ANY truly streetable 454 LSx even making CLOSE to what Kumar is making w/hydraulic camshaft. I'm not saying they do not exist (or won't as technology moves forward), but you can't get exactly get them at Wal-Mart.

Exclamation Feedback.

Nice to hear feedback from everyone !

I WILL return to that Dyno with either human flesh (living hopefully) or water bottles (+myself) in the back to omit the tire's spinning for obtaining a true reading.

Though might be a few weeks as I'll be leaving for vacation on Nov. 7th.

Won't be back in the US till 12/01/09 so hang tight !

As for the intake comparison, should be a good test as the car did not move.

Nice results. I'll get one for my car now. ALSO,I love drag racing, takes more ability to hook and tune a suspen-to get the car from the hole. I never did care for the race starts at 100mph and up. To me that is not racing and crazy how some in my town will go over 200mph on a public highway.
