He said around 650$ Not sure if that is dealer or consumer yet..
They won't go into production unitil spring 08.
I talked to them extensively tuesday at sema....$650 was the MSRP retail...
Street price will be much better and dealers reasonably cheap too...
They are claiming back to back gains of 32hp vs LS6 intake on heads/cam 346" with retuning both for peak hp.
Also they discussed that this intake is consistantly makes more power up to about 6200 than the FAST 90 on every application they have tested. Above 6200rpm they claim the FAST 90 slightly out edged them minimially.
One of the key things they stressed is in comparison to many of the high dollar sheetmetal intakes ive seen. The trumpet port entrances GREATLY enhances flow over standard style entrances, their usage of this was the key to flow and hp increases they are seeing over all over plastic lsx type intakes

Does it have a "clip" to hold the MAP sensor like the LS6 does? Thats my biggest gripe about the FAST, well that and even ported they won't keep up with a big cube motor.
Actually it has two available MAP ports when I looked at it at the show. Both clip in, one on the front like LS2 and one on back like LS6
DAMN! I hope deep down inside that this ins't quite true and it's found to be only comaprable to a ported FAST seeing as I just plunked down close to $1300 for a ported FAST and TB combo. Who knows... time will tell.

I'd love to stick on on my car and see what it does. I just hope that they've got it wrong about not making more up top... because a bigger CI motor is gonna injest the air a small CI motor does alot sooner, so if it doesn't outflow a fast up top on a 346, it's gonna be a logjam for bigger CI stuff.
man, new intake and now everyone is bashing the FAST manifold... I will be genuinely surprised if this thing makes the power that a ported fast makes... I mean the price is much different, but being modular, and easily ported, versus just being able to port match, I would say that the FAST manifold will still have the edge when power is the priority... But you HAVE to love those trumpet ports..... first thing I saw on the manifold, and what I am most excited about... Cant wait.
