I am looking in to making the trip. I gotta see if I can swing it. Gonna be long as ride with the trailer something like 12-13 hours. If I do go I will run the rumble 10.5 or 10.0 index depnds what the car does when the weather starts to cool down some.
PS I am one of those M6 guys too.
also I will need to get my cage certified before then and maybe make some licensing passes.
My car has no heads right now so I will be a speckalater.

I'll be there running true street and index in my T/A. It's coming together as we speak. I'd prefer my first passes with my new setup not to be in Memphis, but they may just be. How much time I have will dictate my ETs though. I'm betting on the 9.50 class but if time permits, I'll pill it up and shoot for the 9.00 class.

I noticed you do not have a 9 second pass listed in your sig. Keep in mind that your car will need to pass tech for the index you choose and that you will need an NHRA competition license to run below 10.0. If you don't have a license you may wnat to set the car up to run the 10.0 index for this year. I would hate to see you scrambling to change your setup at the race.

I know, I have plans to make my licensing passes at my local track (10 minutes from my house) and the car is cage will be good for 8.50s. But time will dictate what I can shoot for. Thanks for looking out though.

I wish I could make the trip out from California but I'm already in Chicago that weekend for the USC vs Notre Dame football game. Maybe next year they can schedule the LSX shootout when USC doesn't play a football game.
dont waste your time! Irish are going to win anyway!!
my car should be back together in time, i dont see why it wouldnt. T56 will be going back in tomorrow along with a lingenfelter 2 step. Also waiting for a raptor shift light and UMI chasis mounted torque arm to get here, oh and I gotta get it retuned. If all that goes smoothly and everything is ready I'm gonna run true street and hopefully 11.50 class.
