It does not always happen like that...case in point 06 tour started in Orlando Fl. and ended in Englishtown NJ ... 07 started in Cleveland, Ohio and ended in Little Rock, AR. What would be cool is to end the power tour on the beach in Mississippi. Like at the Coast Colesium. Miles of beach on Hwy 90.

I agree, just seemed to be a big deal made of that at the end of the '08 tour. As far as change.. my first tour was in '96... so yeah I get that it changes
