dunno who the person could be with the transam but you would be surprised how many girls i have found in our area that are into it..... who knows maybe after i get the TH400 trans in mine in the next few weeks if i see ya at the track i might have to let you drive it...... see if you can do better than me in my own car....
oh come on .... now you are hiring even lighter drivers just to try to beat me???
I'm not trying to start anything BTW according to GMHTP it says it was introduced to the media in June 11 1996, read it in the march of 2000 GM High Tech Preformance.
uh... asking anything on the internet to prove a persons knowledge is retarded...
anyone can look like they know it all.... www.google.com duh...
try asking something alittle harder to just plug into a search engine...
like what are the advantages of increased port velocity and small size port runners and how do they effect your power band...
What are lobe events on a cam and how do they effect the output of 2 differant cams when the advertised numbers are identical?
granted there are 60-70 people on this board that can answer both of those off the top of there heads, but you would be harder pressed to pop it in google

uhhhhhh... a port? Isn't that like where ships dock and stuff?
Seriously though... who cares how much a person knows. You are right, anyone can look up the answer on google. However, isn't this site here to help people learn. If someone doesn't know the answer, then teach them! If people are expected to know all of the answers, then of course they aren't going to feel comfortable asking. I probably know more about cars than the majority, but I still have more to learn. We all do...
Heh, I remember when one user posted saying he was his girlfriend looking for the perfect cam for his car. He knew people wouldn't get mad at a woman for asking a newb question! Everybody was like, "Aw, that's sweet! I wish my girlfriend would get me a cam! Get the F13, it's great!"

Uh-oh, I've been busted You could have let a girl look smart for a little while.......
BTW, I have designed a couple of my own cams that seem to do pretty good...... Not that I'm trying to prove anything. lol
Oh a more serious note. People on this site have treated me really well and I have learned a lot from them. And I have always felt comfortable asking questions. Thanks to all the great people on LS1Tech!
i haven't knowingly run into 1 female on the site. (i'm a loser even on the internet! haha) ........ so be sure that i'm thick headed and think that everyone on the site is a hardcore racer GUY and you'll have no leg humping issues w/ me! ...besides my girl would kill me if i said anything that could be taken as flirty to another female. "yes dear...." (as the whip cracks across my back).
Sorry ladies, but you're all guys to me on the internet. I don't pay enough attention to the screen names to realize it might be a girl (since you're the minority). Apologies in advance if I refer to you as he/him.
