Well, hell, I'm from Harriman Tennessee, so, that makes me faster there ...LOL!!! Too bad, though, I'm a happily married man, but, my wife has a Trans Am that's slower! So, maybe I'll toss her to the side and get a faster chick ...

... funny post and great laughs!!!!

My thoughts on leg humping.......if you provide the ammo, prepare to get shot at. That is all.

Good words to live by in general.

Anyhow, all gals that come here feel free to post and join in. I think those gals who have been here for a little while, have had no probs. I know I personally haven't.

Im a female and I am here. I typically browse the forced induction threads (my car is procharged) and hang out in the lounge. I dont see a need to hide the fact I am a girl or be affraid to post my pic in the post your pic thread because of my gender. I dont believe in condoning double standards or stereotyping. Whats good for the goose is good for the gander.

Im a girl, God made me a girl and I am happy to be 100% female. Aint no shame in this game. I'm just a chick with a bad habbit for speed and wrenching on my own cars. Well I am more than just a chick into cars, I'd say multi-faceted but, thats another post.

by the way...

Forgin' mine and making it hard, as well, racer88 ... goes in the shop in about a week or so. Maybe a little 200-250 shot after the 12-bolt ... congrat's on your car ... hope you break into the 10's soon ... good luck.

It's not going to be a stroker motor, just a fresh rebuild with Oliver lightweight rods, JE pistons, and the block balanced. Going to go with TEA Stage 2 5.3L heads and keep the same cam. Adding alittle spray possibly if this clutch can hold the launches on motor on a MT tire.

But the next one will be a stroker motor big cubes. I may buy a stripper Z in the spring and eventually move the heads from this one, the Denny's driveshaft and 12 bolt to the other car.

Keeping this one a stick, the other one will be the caged automatic for the track.
