The 2010 Chevrolet Camaro will wear its status as the official car (http://www.autoweek.com/apps/pbcs.dll/article?AID=/20081103/FREE/811039997/1528/newsletter01#) of SEMA by dressing up in drag--a very cool drag package, that is.

The LS7 Concept channels the spirit of the strip-smoking cars (http://www.autoweek.com/apps/pbcs.dll/article?AID=/20081103/FREE/811039997/1528/newsletter01#) of the late 1960s made famous by Chevy dealers like Don Yenko. As the name implies, it gets the LS7 crate engine that’s been modified to pump out roughly 550 hp and is mated to a six-speed manual gearbox.

The souped-up, lowered Victory Red Chevy pony car also gets performance exhaust, custom 20-inch wheels and Brembo brakes.

Chevy is also bringing a Dale Earnhardt Jr. concept that’s styled to his tastes, a sinister Black Concept and yet another need-for-speed car, called the GS Racecar Concept customized after the blue-and-yellow car driven by Trans Am road racer Mark Donohue in 1969. Also expect a car totally tricked out with GM custom parts.

I can't believe how bad ass they made the Black Concept. And to think its not even V8, its powered by the 300hp V6. They all look amazing, but the Black would be my pick.

I really liked the dale jr and the black concept... I just hope these concepts turn to reality, given the current economic status of GM its doubtful

I wish that GM was in a better state, because then the LS7 Concept must be the Z/28.

No "427" badges on the LS7 concept is a travesty.

The Camaro kicks ass! All the concepts and even the standard SS look great in person.

The red LS7 and blue race car had a huge crowd around them all day.
